Please join us in praying for these requests.  Let us know how we can pray for you!  Thank you!
Dear Prayer Team,

This weekend was Terrie's birthday.  It was a fun time of celebrating her birthday and the new year.  Saturday her ESL class took us all to lunch.  Sunday the church celebrated with cake and refreshments after the service.  We felt very blessed!

Ministry: Please pray for everyone who is traveling during the New Year holiday.  Pray that they will be able to share their faith with family members who do not know the Lord.

Please pray for us as we build a team to start the evening worship service.  Dave met with the pastor of the Shi Lin church this week.  We will start evening worship services the last Sunday of March (March 28) at 5:30 pm.

The morning worship service in Nangang continues to have new people each week.  Our children's class now has 9-10 kids consistently.  Even with the holiday coming up we had 49 Sunday.  And weekly we are so thankful for the wonderful people God has put in the congregation!  It's a blessing to work with people who take seriously God's command to encourage one another.  They truly are encouragers and family!

Monday a new Bible study is beginning at Academia Sinica at 7 pm. The Tuesday study at 12:15 pm is also continuing as well.  Please pray for these studies to reach many people.

We're working on a Children's Festival for Children's Day and Easter.  It will be bilingual with the Chinese congregation at Glory Church helping us with it.  Several people volunteered to help with the festival. Please pray as we prepare and invite children and their families.

Please continue to pray for marriages, health, and job situations for our members.  We have a new visitor whose baby is due in April and some other friends whose baby is also due in April.  Please pray for health and safety for the babies and moms.

Family:  Please pray for Kathy as she flies back to her home in China Thursday.  She and the team are returning from India tomorrow.  Our friend Priscilla is also flying to China with Kathy for a visit.  Pray for safe travel for everyone.

Please pray for one of our family members who is experiencing some serious health problems.  Pray for the doctors to have wisdom and to find out what needs to be done.

The kids at Grandpa and Grandma Gundrum's house in 2007.

Praise God that He continues to heal Terrie's mom's back.  We got a good report from her on Terrie's birthday.

Please pray for home school.

Please pray for wisdom as we help our kids plan for their futures, especially for Rachelle.  She will be 18 in April.

Please continue praying about the books that Terrie is having translated.  Please pray for God's will and leading in this, and pray for her as she finishes writing the devotional book she's been working on and the lessons for the ESL class that starts March 1.

Thank you so much for praying!  Have a blessed week!

Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.  Do not put out the Spirit's fire; do not treat prophecies with contempt.  Test everything. Hold on to the good.  Avoid every kind of evil.  May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.  The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.  Brothers, pray for us. (1 Thess. 5:16-25, NIV)
